What is Airbrush Tanning?

Airbrush tanning consists of a 1-on-1 personalized session performed by a certified & trained professional airbrush technician using a high volume, low pressure system to achieve the highest quality blurred airbrush finish! Solutions used contain an ingredient known as  dihydroxyacetone (DHA) which is derived from sugar, in which it reacts with the amino acids in the skin to create the darkening glow that an airbrush tan portrays. The generation of color is reached within 8-10 hours after initial application (except for the ONE hour solution which takes 1-3 hours to develop), therefore it does get darker over time. DHA is FDA approved & considered safe for external application.

How Long Will My Airbrush Tan Last?

Your custom airbrush tan may last anywhere between 7-14 days, give or take mainly depending on your specific skin & how it reacts with the solution. The way you maintain your airbrush tan will also have an affect of the extent of the tan. Using a tan extender or any oil-free moisturizer daily will preserve the life of your sunless tan.

Will I Turn Orange?

Our professional solution is formulated to give a natural just off the beach color. Sometimes, high pH levels in the skin can give one an undesirable "fake" tan looking color. Having premium quality solution as well as having a trained & skilled professional airbrush technician properly spraying you, this should never happen.

How Do I Prepare For My Custom Airbrush Tan?

Assure to exfoliate your skin entirely as well as shaving before arriving for your appointment. You should refrain from wearing any makeup, lotion, creams, deodorant, etc. Wear or bring loose fitting/dark colored clothing. Always schedule your manicures, pedicures, waxing & hair appointments 24-48 hours before your airbrush.

How Long Will My Airbrush Session Take?

Your session will range from 15-25 minutes including drying time.

Will The Airbrush Solution Transfer To My Clothes/Sheets/Car Fabrics?

When leaving your appointment, you should be dry. If by any chance the solution does transfer slightly to clothes/sheets/car fabrics, rest assured it will wash out without a problem. This solution does NOT stain!
